Track 01

PropaneIQ™

Three-tiered propane incident response training using live propane in real scenarios. From first responder operations to advanced specialist-level mitigation on tanks over 2,000 gallons.

4 hrs
First Responder Operations
Operations-level. Valve shutdowns, vapor dispersion, auto-refrigeration. Max 40 students/day.
26PIQ-Tech
8 hrs
Technician Level
Hazmat technicians. DOT cylinders and ASME tanks up to 2,000 gallons. Adapter operations.
26PIQ-ADV
8 hrs
Specialist Level
Specialist certification. Damaged valve removal, water injection, tanks 2,000+ gallons, flaring operations.

Track 02

FoamIQ™

Operations and Technician-level flammable liquid fire response training. STS supplies the foam — students train on their own department's eductors and equipment.

Operations Level
First due fighters. SFFF application, FoamIQ™ charts, eductor operation, small-scale flammable liquid incidents.
26FIQ-Tech
8 hrs
Technician Level
Hazmat technicians. All Ops content plus large storage tank calculations and foam delivery system setup.

Track 03

Hazmat
Training

Advanced hazardous materials courses covering chemistry, Safety Officer certification, and technician refresher — all meeting and exceeding NFPA 472 and 1072 requirements.

Hazmat Chemistry
Intensive chemistry course with live detection devices. Hazard prediction, PPE selection, NFPA 1072.7.2.1 compliant.
26HMSO
16 hrs
Safety Officer
Safety Officer certification. Hazard/risk assessment, incident command. Max 30 students. NFPA 472 & 1072.
26HMT-Refresher
8 hrs
Technician Refresher
Maintain competencies required by NFPA 472 and 1072. Lecture, exercises, and drills. Max 30 students.
